Agreed conclusions

The outcome of the Commission’s consideration of the priority theme takes the form of agreed conclusions, negotiated by all States.

The Commission on the Status of Women adopted agreed conclusions on “Challenges and achievements in the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals for women and girls”, on 21 March 2014.

Resolutions

The Commission on the Status of Women adopted:

In separate votes on proposed amendments, the Commission approved amendments to operative paragraph 11, by a recorded vote of 18 in favour to 15 against, with 3 abstentions; operative paragraph 20, approved by a recorded vote of 20 in favour to 9 against, with 3 abstentions; and operative paragraph 35, approved by a recorded 20 votes in favour to 13 against, with 3 abstentions.
