Call for proposals-Nepal-Strengthening capacities of duty bearers and rights holders for effective Gender Based Violence (GBV) response in the COVID 19 context

Submission deadline: 04 May 2021

The initiative is 1) to strengthen access of GBV survivors to pro-bono legal service; 2) to strengthen capacities of law enforcement officials to provide gender responsive services and 3) to strengthen the institutional capacities of grassroots women’s organizations (GWOs) to advocate for gender equality, access to justice, and ending GBV.

Call for proposals-Gender Responsive Climate Resilient Agriculture under EmPower Project (CFP-BGD-2021-001)

Submission deadline: 25 April 2021

The objective of this CFP is to hire a Responsible Party (RP) (i) to capacitate women farmers with improved knowledge, skills, and information on “Gender Responsive Climate Resilient Agriculture” to ensure an enabling market network to practice climate smart agriculture, and (ii) to improve access to user friendly and action oriented agrometeorological and early warning information for women farmers and women led CSOs at the most climate vulnerable districts in Bangladesh. Call for Applications for Small Grants for Local Civil Society Organizations from Cahul and Ungheni districts in Moldova

Submission deadline: 12 April 2021

UN Women Moldova plans to award small grants to eligible Moldovan civil society organizations (CSOs) in the range of USD 5,000 to USD 10,000. The small grants are intended exclusively to support the institutional capacity development of CSOs from Cahul and Ungheni districts to enable them to advocate for agender equality and women empowerment. The Small Grant Agreement will be implemented for a maximum period of 6 months, starting with May 2021. UN Women invites eligible applicants to submit small grants applications for eligible activities, as elaborated in this advertisement. UN Women will consider awarding several small grants.

Call for proposals-Advancing the rights of women engaged in sex work in the COVID 19 context (CFP-2021-002-NPL)

The objective of this initiative is to support 500 individuals those involved in sex work in province 3, with the aim to address their immediate needs as the crisis evolves with a comprehensive support package in terms of cash, food and non-food items; address vulnerabilities those rooted in intersecting oppressions, by providing alternative livelihood opportunities, enhancing access to information, services and resources; and strengthening of their voice and agency.
